कुन्हीकृष्णन ने 19 जुलाई को जारी एक आदेश में कहा कि किसी अविवाहित मां का बच्चा भी इस देश का नागरिक है और कोई भी संविधान के तहत प्रदत्त उसके किसी भी मौलिक अधिकार का उल्लंघन नहीं कर सकता।
